Progressive Music

Le rock progressif est caractérisé par des expérimentations rythmiques, harmoniques et instrumentales, accentués par l’apport dominant de claviers et synthétiseurs. On y retrouve régulièrement des thèmes associés à l’histoire, la mythologie, le fantastique et la science-fiction… La notion d'album-concept engendre parfois des pochettes avec un graphisme complexe et surréaliste.
